VHP announces strike price for the second quarter Distribution Reinvestment Plan
Vital Healthcare Property Trust (NZSX ticker: VHP) today announced the strike price for the second quarter of the 2014 financial year Distribution Reinvestment Plan, inclusive of the 1% discount being offered, is $1.2866 per unit.
This is calculated as the weighted average of the prices at which units in the Trust were sold through NZSX during the period of seven calendar days commencing on the ex-date, being the day that is two business days before the Record Date for the distribution.
This pricing is effective for the distribution payable on 18 March 2014.
