JLL Office Leasing team expands in Wellington

JLL’s Wellington team are continuing to expand with their most recent appointment, Andrew Fullerton Smith, who joins the firm as a Capital Markets Commercial Broker in the Office Leasing team in Wellington.

Before joining JLL, Andrew worked as a project and leasing manager for a private developer in Wellington creating a hospitality and retail precinct. He also brings with him experience in account and relationship management working in FMCG and commercial sales and leasing.

In his new role, Andrew will be focused on commercial sales and leasing in Wellington’s CBD, providing solution based transaction for clients.
