Sky, NZ Rugby and SANZAR Ink Deal

This morning SKY announced the signing of a conditional five year deal with NZ Rugby and SANZAR. A long form agreement will follow.

SKY chief executive John Fellet commented; “We are really pleased to have signed this agreement and are working hard to finalise the paper work. Kiwis are madly passionate about rugby and nothing is more popular to watch than live All Blacks matches on SKY.

We’ve had the privilege of enjoying a long relationship with both SANZAR and NZ Rugby. The SKY crew, from camera operators to producers, call centre staff to advertising sales representatives all love bringing New Zealanders rugby on SKY. We’re looking forward to more years of producing and broadcasting matches, build ups and shows, delivering world class experiences for fans around the country”.
