n3, New Zealand’s leading business buying group, has confirmed the appointment of Manheim as the preferred supplier of vehicle and fixed asset disposal services for their members. The multi-year contract will see Manheim provide n3 members with access to their wide range of vehicle and equipment disposal sales channels and vehicle and equipment sale preparation services. Manheim’s Managing Director, Craig Ross, was clearly delighted by the appointment. “The decision by n3 to appoint Manheim, as their sole supplier of remarketing services for their members, sends a clear signal to the market about our credibility and our capability. We understand the local market and by listening to n3’s requirements, we were able to tailor a national solution that fully caters to their needs. Our highly innovative approach combined with our ease to do business with and our ability to maximise returns for their members, was clearly an appealing proposition.”
n3’s Procurement Manager – Iain Livingstone, said “Manheim was awarded the business following a competitive tender process. Their innovative approach to remarketing a wide range of assets and their capability to maximise returns for our members, was clearly an appealing proposition. Offering countrywide disposal via range of channels, Manheim will make it easier for our members to dispose of their automotive and equipment assets.”
Craig continued, “The great news for our trade and private buyers is that with vehicles, trucks and machinery from n3’s members now being offered for sale at Manheim, they will have the opportunity to purchase an even wider range of quality items.”
