Retail NZ Congratulates New Managing Director of Progressive Enterprises
Retail NZ has today congratulated Steve Donohue on his appointment as Managing Director of Progressive Enterprises, which operates Countdown supermarkets across New Zealand.
“Progressive Enterprises is one of Retail NZ’s major members and I want to congratulate Steve on his appointment. He has significant experience in retail, and I look forward to working with him,” Retail NZ Chief Executive Mark Johnston said today.
“Retail is a key part of the economy and retailers employ significant numbers of New Zealanders. Progressive Enterprises operates 174 supermarkets around the country and is the country’s largest private sector employer, with around 18,000 employees.
