Colliers International’s Auckland Industrial Sales and Leasing team has been announced as the winner of the REINZ Award for Medium Commercial & Industrial Office of the Year for the second year in a row.
The Highbrook based team, led by Greg Goldfinch, sold more than $400 million in commercial property last year to win the award.
“This award caps another tremendous year for the team, and it is very satisfying to be recognised by two awarding bodies - including this year’s RICS Awards as the top specialist industrial property team in the market. It is reward for some very committed work from all members of the team over a sustained period of a number of years,” says Goldfinch.
The Colliers’ Highbrook office also recorded its sixth record revenue year in a row last year.
