New Centre Manager for Chartwell Shopping Centre

15 September 2016: Tina Boyd has been appointed to the position of Centre Manager for Chartwell Shopping Centre following the handover of management from Westfield to Stride Investment Management Limited (SIML). She takes up the role immediately.

Tina has an extensive background in marketing and was previously the marketing manager for Chartwell before taking on marketing management roles for St Pauls Collegiate and Kiwi Property Group. She has over 10 years’ experience in the property industry, in particular in retail property management.

She is actively involved in the local community and is a Trustee of Dress for Success, a charitable organisation that assists women to build confidence and achieve economic independence and has previously been the Chair of Te Rau Aroha Papakainga Trust.

As Centre Manager at Chartwell Tina is responsible for the overall management of the property. Her focus will be on developing key stakeholder relationships, improved customer experience and the risk and financial performance at Chartwell. She will also take a lead role in tenant relations at the Centre.

Tina has a post graduate diploma in management studies (PGDipMgtSt) from Waikato University, is a member of the Institute of Directors and was the recipient of the 2016 Waikato Institute of Directors Scholarship. She was also a New Zealand registered nurse.
