Auckland Chartered Accountant Mark Withers of prominent Auckland firm Withers Tsang & Co ordered to pay investors $1.3M + costs after his insurance company (Zurich) successfully appeals previous High Court ruling.

Repercussions will be felt for all professions as can now no longer rely on indemnity insurance.
