‘Co-Operative Board Election’.
Dunedin Monday 5 March 2018:
Four candidates have put themselves forward for the two available positions on the Silver Fern Farms Co-operative Limited’s Board of Directors.
Fiona Hancox and Rob
Hewett retire by rotation at the Company’s 2017 Annual
Meeting which is to be held in Dunedin on 18 April 2018.
Fiona Hancox and Rob Hewett have advised that they will
stand for re-election.
Nominations have also been
received for Chris Allen and Conor English.
The
candidates for election are:

Fiona Hancox
Rob Hewett
The election will be conducted by postal and online ballot. Voting papers will be posted to eligible shareholders on Wednesday, 4 April 2018.
Voting will close at 3.00pm on Monday, 16 April 2018. The result will be announced prior to the Annual Meeting.
