TPG’s James Puketapu is PINZ Property Advisor of the Year

James Puketapu, Principal Advisor at The Property Group Limited (TPG) has won the Property Institute of New Zealand’s (PINZ) Property Advisor of the Year award.

The result was announced at the recent PINZ National Awards Dinner in Auckland. James received this prestigious award based on his track record of excellence in property advisory project work, his valuable contribution to the property advisory industry, and his ongoing active participation in the property advisory community.

James has over 30 years’ experience in private, central government and local government sectors. He has an extensive background in operational and capital management, property consulting, valuation, and project management. As Principal Advisor for Local Government, James leads advisory, business development and growth of TPG within the sector.

James is a longstanding member of the Valuers Registration Board and is a Fellow of both the New Zealand Institute of Valuers and the Property Institute of New Zealand. James has been involved in the property industry all of his working life.
