Barfoot & Thompson Makes Global Real Estate History With International Awards Trifecta

Barfoot & Thompson has made history at the International Property & Hotel Awards announced in London, becoming the first agency worldwide to secure three international real estate awards in a single year.

Barfoot & Thompson was awarded:

Best International Real Estate Agency Over 20 Offices;

Best International Lettings/Rentals Agency; and

Best International Real Estate Agency Marketing.

The trifecta follows a rigorous judging process in which Barfoot & Thompson received five-star ratings and won four regional titles at the Asia-Pacific awards, including:

Best Real Estate Agency Over 20 Offices;

Best Real Estate Agency Single Office (Howick);

Best Lettings/Rentals Agency; and

Best Real Estate Agency Marketing.

The company then advanced to the global finals to compete in these categories against leading agencies from all over the world.

The 2025–2026 awards cycle attracted a record number of entries, including from a wide range of well-known names in real estate in the Asia-Pacific region, making this one of the most competitive years in the awards’ history.

Barfoot & Thompson has previously won Best International Lettings Agency in 2017, and Best International Real Estate Agency Over 20 Offices in both 2018 and 2022.
