facts
Changes in the seasonally adjusted filled
jobs for the January 2026 month (compared with the December
2025 month) were:
- all industries – up 0.2 percent (4,217 jobs) to 2.35 million filled jobs
- primary industries – down 1.0 percent (1,071 jobs)
- goods-producing industries – down 0.2 percent (661 jobs)
- service industries – up 0.3 percent (4,986 jobs).
