Briefing on the State Services Commission inquiry into the unauthorised disclosure of classified information to Telecom New Zealand.
The Commerce Committee has received a request from Dr Don Brash that it inquire into the unauthorised disclosure of classified information to Telecom New Zealand. The committee is aware that the State Services Commissioner is undertaking an inquiry into this matter. Accordingly, the committee has invited the State Services Commissioner to brief it on the terms of reference of his inquiry, so that the committee can determine whether or not it should initiate its own inquiry.
