Parliamentary Service Acting General Manager Appointments
Moira Fraser, Parliamentary Librarian and Group Manager, Information and Knowledge, has been appointed Acting General Manager, Parliamentary Service from 1 – 16 September 2007.
David Smyth, an experienced public servant whose previous roles include Deputy Commissioner, State Services Commission and Chief Executive of the Ministry of Housing will take over as Acting General Manager from 17 September.
Mr Smyth will hold the position until a permanent appointment is made following the departure of the current General Manager, Joel George on 31 August.
