Flight Centre (NZ) Ltd is pleased to announce the appointment of Alex Davis to the position of chief financial officer (CFO).
Mr Davis will lead Flight Centre’s financial, legal and procurement teams for the company’s retail, wholesale and corporate brands.
He has joined the New Zealand team from Flight Centre in the United Kingdom where he led the finance teams for more than four years. Previously Mr Davis was with PricewaterhouseCoopers, also in the UK, as a manager in the risk assurance department.
Mr Davis is excited to continue working within the global Flight Centre business.
“I’m thrilled to continue to be part of this exciting company that is focused on growth. The opportunity to live in New Zealand is an absolute bonus to the role,” Mr Davis said.
Flight Centre’s previous CFO, Simon McKearney, now heads up Flight Centre’s corporate divisions including Corporate Traveller, FCm Travel Solutions and CiEvents.
