Building stability in Afghanistan
03 April
2013
Recently I announced the
men and women of our Provincial Reconstruction Team (PRT)
will be leaving the Bamyan province in Afghanistan.
New
Zealand troops have played an important role in shoring up
the security of Bamyan, and the wider country. We made a
big commitment for a small country. I'm very proud of what
New Zealand forces have achieved.
You can watch my
video this week, where I discuss New Zealand's involvement
in Afghanistan.
