Christian Churches New Zealand Property Trust Board Empowering Bill

Public submissions are being invited on this bill. The closing date for submissions is Friday 18 September 2015.

This private bill will effect the transfer of assets, property, interests, powers, and obligations from the Associated Churches of Christ Church Extension and Property Trust Board (which will be dissolved) to the Christian Churches New Zealand Property Trust Board.

Submissions should be forwarded by the due date, either online using our website (www.parliament.nz) or in writing to the address below.
