TVNZ has taken on board the issues raised by the Commerce Select Committee in its report.
Chairman, Ross Armstrong, says the company is now looking forward to engaging further with politicians and officials on some of the issues raised.
Mr Armstrong says he appreciates the value of the Select committee system and hopes that closer communications will lead to a better mutual understanding of the issues confronting the company.
