TVNZ Chairman, Ross Armstrong, said today the Board and Management are glad that the Charter has been approved and made public.
"We will continue to work closely with the Government and the Commerce Select Committee to identify the most effective implementation of the Charter and how best to monitor TVNZ's performance against the Charter in the future", said Dr Armstrong.
