Press Release: The Corrective Party
"Stop it, stop it!!! Why is no-one campaigning on the real
issues during this campaign?" asked Sister Malodora at the
Corrective Party campaign launch, held at a small telephone
box near Hataitai this morning.
"New Zealand needs
discipline- vote for the Correctives, New Zealand's corporal
punishment party!!! Save the unconcieved, millions of whom
die by men's filthy habits of self-abuse each day!!! Stake
the undead, use garlic bread on the Association of Repulsive
Fangbearers!!! Uphold the Antarctic Treaty, penguin
sovereignty for Antarctica!!!"

Despite Christopher Luxon’s assurances to the contrary, there is no such thing as “settled law” in New Zealand. Apart from the six provisions that are constitutionally entrenched, legislation can always be amended or overturned by a simple majority vote within our single chamber of Parliament.
