Key Finance Role for Waikato
Democrat
The Democrat Executive has appointed Matamata biosecurity field officer John Pemberton to the key position of Finance Spokesman, Party Leader Stephnie de Ruyter announced today.
“John’s sound understanding of the current financial system and his thorough knowledge of social credit make him the obvious choice for this position” said Ms de Ruyter. “He has the ability to clearly articulate the social credit alternative and will do so at every opportunity.”
Mr Pemberton has been involved in the credit union movement for many years, currently serving as Treasurer of Credit Union Waikato.
An experienced political campaigner, Mr Pemberton has held senior leadership positions in the Democratic Party in recent years. In May he stepped down as Party President in order to take up a position as a list candidate for the Party.
