Resignation Of Chief Executive Of The Department Of Child, Youth And Family Services
The State Services Commissioner, Mark Prebble, said it is with reluctance that he has accepted the resignation of the Chief Executive of the Department of Child, Youth and Family Services, Paula Tyler.
"Paula Tyler has chosen to leave early from her role to return to Canada for family reasons. This was a difficult personal decision for her to make. She will finish in December 2005.
"During her time Paula Tyler led an extensive refocusing programme for the processes, systems and structure of the department. She has appointed a strong management team who will carry on the good and important work of Child, Youth and Family Services."
Mark Prebble said the SSC will shortly begin the process of appointing a new chief executive for the Department of Child, Youth and Family Services.
