National Crisis Management Centre activated
The National Crisis Management Centre has activated this evening in support of the state of emergency declared by the Taranaki Civil Defence Management (CDEM) Group after a string of tornados hit the area this evening.
The NCMC has activated at Mode 1 (Monitoring) to be available to assist the Taranaki CDEM Group with central government support if required.
