Notice of AGM for DCM
The board of Downtown Community Ministry welcomes Sarah Scott of the Campaign for Action on Family Violence as speaker for its AGM on November 12.
Sarah will address the AGM on the campaign and the feedback she has seen from communities around New Zealand.
DCM is eager to support the campaign and its message that family violence is not OK.
We invite all friends, colleagues and members to attend and hear this important message.
The 2007 Annual General Meeting will be held in the upstairs meeting room, Compassion House, Lukes Lane on Monday 12th November at 5:30pm.
The agenda will include the acceptance of the minutes of the 2006 AGM and any matters arising, presentation of the accounts and Annual Report for the 2006-07 year and the election of the board for the 2007-08 year.
Nominations to the Board should be made to the Board Chair, Kevin McCormack, by phoning 021 0407807 prior to the meeting.
