Grey Power Strongly Supports Government Proposal
PRESS RELEASE
Grey Power Strongly Supports The Government Proposal
Grey Power strongly supports the Government proposal to ban the use of hand-held devices while driving. We only question why it has taken so long and why it will not come into force for several months. Our Membership has been deeply concerned about this escalating problem, as evidenced by the unanimous passing of two Remits at our April 2008 AGM urging the Government to ban these devices while driving.
We urge the Government to fast-track the implementation of this proposal.
