Support Earth Hour in a bar or a restaurant
Support Earth Hour in a bar or restaurant, says the Hospitality Association’s Chief Executive Bruce Robertson. Rather than sit home in the dark the Association is urging New Zealanders to turn off the heater, turn off the lights, turn off the stove and have a great night out in a bar or a restaurant.
Many bars and restaurants have indicated they will be reducing lighting and energy as much as practicable and the Association believes that New Zealanders can do more to support the cause by turning off everything at home and treating themselves to a night out, concluded Mr Robertson.
