Paul Holmes will be talking to ACT MP David Garrett, the man behind the three strikes legislation, and Kim Workman, a prison reform advocate, Family Commissioner and opponent of the ‘3 strikes bill’.
Former Prime Minister, Mike Moore and former NZ First MP Ron Mark will join Therese Arseneau and Paul Holmes on the panel.
