As the Palestinian Authority bid for state recognition causes a storm in the UN, a group of 4 Kiwis prepares to join the planned international peace convoy to besiged Gaza in December.

Kia Ora Gaza will send the group on the Viva Palestina6 aid mission, intent on linking up with the Egyptian uprising to open the southern Gaza border crossing, and break the illegal Israeli siege permanently. The New Zealand contingent will be announced when the Kia Ora Gaza campaign is launched on Tuesday 27 September.

Kia Ora Gaza participated in last year's siege-busting Viva Palestina convoy of 150 ambulances & trucks, which successfully delivered $NZ7million worth of medical aid to Gaza.
