Grey Power is very pleased to learn that two political parties have today released details on savings on the cost of electricity, which will greatly benefit older people especially those on a fixed income. Grey Power have long called for the creation of a central planning body to ensure adequate capacity is developed to meet demand and for retail prices to be controlled to provide affordable electricity prices for domestic consumers adequate to meet their basic needs.
