ALCP Opens Candidate Pool for Nominations
ALCP Opens Candidate Pool for Nominations
The Aotearoa Legalise Cannabis Party has opened nominations for its candidate pool for the 2014 General Election.
Existing and new members are invited to state their interest in standing as an electorate or list candidate.
We are planning to stand electorate candidates in as many of the 71 electorates as possible, leader Julian Crawford said.
Any party members may be nominated as an electorate candidate but they must be selected democratically by their local ALCP branch.
Prospective list only candidates should apply directly to ALCP head office.
The party looks forward to a fruitful election campaign and is aiming to finally gain seats in Parliament.
