Helen Kelly condolences
BusinessNZ extends sincere
condolences to the family of Helen Kelly.
BusinessNZ Chief
Executive Kirk Hope said Ms Kelly had made a significant
contribution to public life and to the interests of working
people in New Zealand.
He said BusinessNZ worked with
Helen on many issues over the years and she would be
remembered as a fierce champion of worker rights with warm
and sometimes mischievous humour, and would be greatly
missed.

Despite Christopher Luxon’s assurances to the contrary, there is no such thing as “settled law” in New Zealand.
