Housing NZ Statement Correcting State Housing Action
Housing New Zealand wishes to correct a statement issued by SHA regarding a tenancy matter in Tamaki.
HNZC has no relationship with either the property or tenant mentioned in the statement.
The property and tenant are managed by the Tamaki regeneration company which acquired this and approximately 2800 other HNZC properties in the area during a transfer which took effect on March 31, 2016.
