Annual migration
Provisional estimates for the year ended November 2022 compared with the year ended November 2021 were:
- migrant arrivals: 98,000 (± 1,300), up 77 percent
- migrant departures: 92,300 (± 1,200), up 36 percent
- annual net migration: gain of 5,700 (± 1,800), compared with a net loss of 12,700 (± 40).
