Iprolink Limited
Assets
Newcall Group Limited (NEWCALL) has announced an agreement to sell the customer base and certain assets of Internet Service provider subsidiary, Iprolink Limited to Compass Communications Limited for an undisclosed sum.
This follows the profitable sale last year of certain assets of Energy Online Limited, NEWCALL's retail energy supply company, to Genesis Power.
With the sale of Iprolink, NEWCALL’s last operating asset, the company has positive shareholder equity, cash in the bank and no debt says Chief Executive Jim Bracknell.
He adds that the group expects to be able to announce the details of its forward strategy in the near future.
