Do you know the difference between a gecko and a skink? Come along to Lizard Day at Karori Wildlife Sanctuary on Saturday 27 August and find out. There’ll be fascinating talks between 11am and 2pm and the opportunity to see some real live geckos and skinks up close. There will be other fun activities for kids too. So pack a picnic, round up the whole family and come along – it’s be a great family day out.
Entry Fees: $8 Adult, $4 Child, $20 Family (2 adults, 3 children), no charge for Sanctuary members or pre-schoolers. Open from 10am to 5pm (last entry 4pm).
