Murder Charge
28 August 2006
A 25 year-old North Shore man will appear in the Auckland District Court tomorrow charged with the murder of Liam John Ashley on Thursday, August 24.
Detective Senior Sergeant Greg Cramer, the officer in charge of the investigation into Liam's murder, said a lot of inquiries were yet to be carried out.
"The investigation is ongoing but I'm confident that, at this point, it's unlikely any other criminal charges will be laid in relation to Liam's death," Mr Cramer said.
