European Union flag to fly on Auckland Harbour Bridge
The flag of the European Union will fly from Auckland Harbour Bridge tomorrow, Tuesday 9 May, in recognition of Europe Day. The flag will be flown from 6:30am until 6:30pm.
Transit considers requests from nations wanting to commemorate their country’s national days. Recently the Polish, Welsh and Lithuanian flags have all flown on the bridge.
