Just fix it!

A much improved game not a blame game is what Auckland needs to see this morning in respect of its transport for major events said Auckland Chamber of Commerce head Michael Barnett.

“This is about Auckland and its reputation of being able to host major events.

“We got most of it right and presented a major spectacle we can all be proud of but part of our transport planning and event management let us down.

“The cost of fixing this is some sound leadership and solution based thinking - not finger pointing.

“Just fix it – our reputation depends on it.”
