OVERNIGHT MOTORWAY CLOSURES

18 – 24 March 2012
The NZ Transport Agency advises of the following closures for motorway improvements. Closures start at 9pm and finish at 5am, unless otherwise stated. Work delayed by bad weather will be completed at the next available date, prior to Friday, 23 March.

CENTRAL MOTORWAY JUNCTION (SH1 & SH16)
• (SH1) Northbound lanes between Nelson Street off ramp and Fanshawe Street on ramp 18 March (approx 10:30p.m. to 5:00a.m.)
• (SH1) Northbound lanes between Nelson Street off ramp and Curran Street on ramp 19 - 20 March (approx 10:30p.m. to 5:00a.m.)
• (SH1) Northbound lanes between Symonds Street off ramp and Fanshawe Street on ramp 21 - 22 March (approx 11:00p.m. to 5:00a.m.)
• (SH1) Southbound lanes between Shelly Beach Road off ramp and Hobson Street on ramp 18 - 22 March (approx 11:30p.m. to 5:00a.m.)
• (SH1) Curran Street northbound on ramp 18 & 22 March (approx 8:00p.m. to 5:00a.m.)
• (SH1) Fanshawe Street northbound on ramp 19 - 20 March (approx 10:30p.m. to 5:00a.m.)
• (SH1) Symonds Street northbound off ramp 18 March
• (SH1) Fanshawe Street southbound off ramp 18 - 22 March
• SH16 eastbound to SH1 northbound link 18 - 22 March
• SH16 Port westbound to SH1 northbound link 18 - 22 March
• SH1 northbound to SH16 eastbound link 18 – 19 March

SOUTHERN MOTORWAY (SH1)
• St Marks Road southbound on ramp 18 - 20 March
• Southbound lanes between Takanini off ramp and Papakura on ramp 18 - 22 March
• Takanini southbound on ramp 18 - 22 March

NORTHWESTERN MOTORWAY (SH16)
• Westbound lanes between Te Atatu Road off ramp and Lincoln Road on ramp 18 - 20 March
• Te Atatu Road westbound on ramp 18 - 20 March
• Eastbound lanes between Lincoln Road off ramp and Te Atatu Road on ramp 21 - 22 March
• Lincoln Road eastbound on ramp 21 - 22 March

UPPER HARBOUR MOTORWAY (SH18)
• Eastbound lanes between Paul Matthews Drive and SH1 20 March

SOUTHWESTERN MOTORWAY (SH20)
• Neilson Street southbound on ramp 24 – 25 March (continuous from 8:00p.m. to 5:00a.m.)
• Neilson Street southbound off ramp 24 – 25 March (continuous from 8:00p.m. to 5:00a.m.)

GEORGE BOLT MEMORIAL DRIVE (SH20A)
• Eastbound lanes between New Ihumatao Road and Kirkbride Road 21 March (approx 9:00p.m. to 1:00a.m.)
• Westbound lanes between Kirkbride Road and Montgomerie Road 21 March (approx 11:00p.m. to 5:00a.m.)
