OVERNIGHT MOTORWAY CLOSURES
1 – 7 April 2012
The NZ Transport Agency advises of the following closures for motorway improvements. Closures start at 9pm and finish at 5am, unless otherwise stated. Work delayed by bad weather will be completed at the next available date, prior to Friday, 6 April.
CENTRAL MOTORWAY JUNCTION (SH1 & SH16)
• (SH1) Shelly Beach Road southbound off ramp 1 - 4 April
• (SH1) Northbound lanes between Nelson Street off ramp and Curran Street on ramp 1 - 4 April (approx 10:30p.m. to 5:00a.m.)
• (SH1) Southbound lanes between Cook Street off ramp and Hobson Street on ramp 1 - 4 April (approx 10:30p.m. to 5:00a.m.)
• (SH1) Fanshawe Street northbound on ramp 1 April (approx 10:30p.m. to 5:00a.m.)
• SH16 eastbound to SH1 northbound link 1 - 4 April
• SH16 Port westbound to SH1 northbound link 1 - 4 April
• SH1 northbound to SH16 eastbound (Port) link 1 April
• (SH1) Symonds Street northbound off ramp 1 April
• (SH1) Northbound lanes between Symonds Street off ramp and Fanshawe Street on ramp 2 - 4 April (approx 10:00p.m. to 5:00a.m.)

NORTHWESTERN MOTORWAY (SH16)
• Te Atatu Road westbound on ramp 1 - 4 April
• Westbound lanes between Te Atatu Road off ramp and Lincoln Road on ramp 1 - 4 April

UPPER HARBOUR MOTORWAY (SH18)
• Eastbound lanes between Paul Matthews Road and Constellation Drive 1 April (approx 8:00p.m. to 5:00a.m.)
• Westbound lanes between Caribbean Drive and Paul Matthews Road 1 April (approx 8:00p.m. to 5:00a.m.)

SOUTHERN MOTORWAY (SH1)
• Restricted access from Gillies Avenue southbound off ramp to Gillies Avenue 1 - 4 April
• Restricted access from Gillies Avenue southbound off ramp to Gillies Avenue 5 – 9 April (continuous from 10:00p.m. Thursday to 5:00a.m. Monday)
• Khyber Pass Road southbound on ramp 1 - 2 April (approx 10:00p.m. to 5:00a.m.)
• Khyber Pass Road northbound off ramp 3 - 4 April (approx 10:00p.m. to 5:00a.m.)
• Manukau southbound on ramp 1 - 3 April
• Northbound lanes between Papakura off ramp and Takanini on ramp 1 - 5 April
• Papakura northbound on ramp 1 - 5 April
• Southbound lanes between Takanini off ramp and Papakura on ramp 1 April
• Takanini southbound on ramp 1 April
• Nikau Road southbound on ramp 2 April (approx 8:00p.m. to 5:00a.m.)
• Ridge Road northbound off ramp 2 April (approx 8:00p.m. to 5:00a.m.)
• SH2 Interchange southbound on ramp 2 April (approx 8:00p.m. to 5:00a.m.)
• SH2 Interchange northbound on ramp 2 April (approx 8:00p.m. to 5:00a.m.)
• Razorback Road northbound on ramp 3 April (approx 8:00p.m. to 5:00a.m.)
• Pokeno northbound on ramp 3 April (approx 8:00p.m. to 5:00a.m.)

SOUTHWESTERN MOTORWAY (SH20)
• Lambie Drive southbound off ramp 2 - 4 April
• Cavendish Drive northbound off ramp 3 - 5 April
• Puhinui Road southbound on ramp 4 - 5 April
• Southbound lanes between Maioro Street and Dominion Road on ramp 31 March - 2 April (continuous from 7:00p.m. Saturday to 5:00a.m. Monday)
• Southbound lanes between Maioro Street and Dominion Road on ramp 5 - 8 April (continuous from 9:00p.m. Thursday to approx 12:00a.m. Sunday)
• Northbound lanes between Dominion Road off ramp and Maioro Street 5 - 10 April (continuous from 9:00p.m. Thursday to approx 5:00a.m. Tuesday)
• Southbound lanes between Maioro Street and Dominion Road on ramp 3 April
• Northbound lanes between Dominion Road on ramp and Maioro Street 4 April
• Dominion Road northbound on ramp 4 April
• Northbound lanes between Massey Road off ramp and SH20A eastbound to SH20 northbound link 4 April
• Massey Road northbound on ramp 4 April
