Lotto Brightens Day For Two Lucky Winners
Lotto Brightens Day For Two Lucky Winners
June marks the start of winter, but two winners from Auckland and Northland will be walking on sunshine this week, thanks to Lotto, says NZ Lotteries’ Chief Executive Wayne Pickup.
The two winners have each won a $500,000 share of Lotto First Division following this evening’s draw. The tickets were sold at New Windsor Dairy, Auckland, and the other was a Northland player who won on NZ Lotteries’ online channel, mylotto.co.nz.
Powerball First Division has jackpotted this week and will be worth an estimated $10 million next week.
Strike Four was not struck this week and has jackpotted to $300,000.
Meanwhile, nominated spinners Leighton and Andrea from Christchurch have spun and won $200,000 for their mum on the Winning Wheel at the live draw in Wellington tonight.
All Lotto players are automatically in the draw to win the opportunity to spin Lotto’s Winning Wheel, regardless of the type of ticket they buy.
Tonight’s Winning Wheel ticket was bought at Pharos Postshop Stationers, Ngaruawahia, and the winning serial number is 9425-00253191-20xx.
Anyone who bought their ticket from any of the above winning stores should write their name on the back of the ticket and check it immediately at any Lotto outlet.
