Osborne Street turns into an Urban Runway

Newmarket Catwalk on the Street, 23rd March

In true Newmarket style comes a fashion event that will stop traffic!

Catwalk on the Street is a FREE to the public series of fashion shows that will showcase Newmarket’s retailer and top designer winter collections.

In it’s third year, Catwalk on the Street see’s Osborne Street closed off to traffic and transformed into an inner-city catwalk, where you’ll see models walk the walk wearing all the winter trends. Breaking fashion show norms, the outfits paraded will be available ‘in store’ that day, so there will be no agonising wait to update your wardrobe.

Among the models are the final contests for the Next Face of Newmarket 2013 /14. More than a marketing exercise the 20 young hopefuls have been trained, groomed, photographed and taught to walk catwalk style. The final challenge for them is walking in each of the 4 fashion shows at Catwalk on the Street. The winner will be announced at the finale of 2:30pm show on Osborne Street.

Showtimes:

11:00am – High St and Kids Wear

12:30pm – High St and Kids Wear

2:00pm – Designer Street Wear

3.30pm – Designer including Andrea Moore, Charlie Brown, Moochi, Starfish and Storm
