Innovation, renovation, inspiration at First Autumn Waikato

Innovation, renovation, inspiration at First Autumn Waikato HomeXPO

It’s time to plant spring bulbs, test the smoke alarms, sort out the gutters, stack the firewood and prepare the home for a cosy and comfortable winter.

In just over a week, thousands of home-owners are expected at the first ever Waikato HomeXPO at Claudelands Arena in Hamilton. Creators of top consumer event, The Waikato Home & Garden Show, are set to present the first ever Autumn extravaganza of products and services at direct to the consumer prices.

Home owners wanting to improve the comfort and quality of their homes, plan a new build, get complimentary expert advice or are interested in innovative home products will be spoilt for choice with more than 50 leading companies on show.

Visitors can talk one-on-one with business owners including the fabulous slow cooking Quarter Acre Pot, double-glazing, the latest in kitchen-ware, bathroom innovations, spa pools and under-floor heating and insulation. For sample and sale will be New Zealand’s own Italian lemon liqueur Sovrano Limoncello, just back from the USA with its 5th consecutive international double gold award and there will be a great array of gourmet foods to try and buy. And when it’s time for a break from getting quotes and shopping for bargains the Toi Toi Café and Wine Bar has been custom designed for the HomeXPO.

This is the perfect time to bring renovation ideas and the whole family to a fun filled event, where homeowners can discuss projects face-to-face in a friendly and relaxed environment. The HomeXPO is being held in conjunction with the new Waikato Show which organisers are billing as a ‘must visit’ event featuring fifteen shows in one.
