Spectacular Paradice Mobile Ice Rink Heading to Glenfield This April

PARADICE Mobile Ice skates into the North Shore this April with a spectacular REAL ice rink.

They will be creating a magical wonderland at Active Zone, Downing St, Glenfield from 7pm Thursday 14th April and operating daily until Sunday 1st May.

Whether you are a seasoned skater or a nervous novice, the Paradice Skating staff will be on hand to ensure a premium skating experience and share some tips on how to stay upright! Ice skating is an exciting activity the whole family can share, plus the rink is completely covered ensuring that rain or shine, skating is enjoyable.

“We are really excited to be bringing the Paradice Mobile Ice to the North Shore for the first time” explains Chris Blong, Paradice’s General Manager, “we take pride in not only giving people an introduction to skating, but doing things differently with great events and additional activities such as Frozen parties and night events adding to the atmosphere.”

The fun schedule of events will include themed weekends, free face-painting, games and giveaways for the kids, as well as evening events for the adults and teens with Student Night and DJ on Ice parties.

If once just isn’t enough, grab a 5-Skate Concession card. These are priced at $75 for adults and $59 for children and are valid anytime. These can be purchased at the rink reception.

The rink officially opens at 7pm on Thursday 14th of April until the end of the school holidays only.

It’s CARNIVAL time at the Paradice Mobile Ice Rink, time to party! Fun characters, clowns and ice games, plus try your hand at snow sculpting with real snow and there are some great prizes to be won for the most imaginative creations!

FROZEN PARTY
Sat 23rd & Sun 24th
10am – 1pm
This weekend the Paradice Glenfield Ice Rink becomes an enchanted wonderland filled with flowers, fairies and ice! Meet our gorgeous snow fairies and of course the star of the show….Elsa from Frozen! Come dressed as your favourite fairy tale character and you could win lots of cool prizes. Bring the family for a magical morning filled with wishes, bubbles, sparkly make up and a Fairy Tale Disco.
Schedule:
10.30 – 11.30am Fairy craft time – make a gorgeous sparkly crown ready to wear on the ice
11.45 – 12.45pm Sparkly make up– Top off your fabulous outfit with some gorgeous sparkly make up.

FINALE WEEKEND

10am – 5pm daily
We are bringing back all your favourites for our final party weekend at the Paradice Glenfield Mobile Ice Rink. Face painters, crazy characters, all return for a final weekend of FUN!
