"Danielle Grant is exactly the kind of clear-thinking, action-oriented Councillor the North Shore needs." said Mayor Brown.
"The next Council needs people committed to building a better city in a collaborative and constructive manner. Danielle that kind of person, with tremendous Local Board experience."
"She understands how to get things done and how to make sure ratepayers' money is being spent wisely."
With 12 years of experience on the Kaipātiki Local Board, including time as Chair and Deputy Chair, Grant has a deep understanding of the North Shore's unique challenges and opportunities. A Milford resident, she has been a tireless advocate for her community and holds key governance roles on the boards of North Harbour Rugby, North Harbour Gymnastics, and Westlake Boys High School.
Danielle Grant says her approach aligns with the core principles of the "Fix Auckland" platform, focusing on three key priorities:

- Make the Most of our Environment: Advocating for smart, sustainable solutions to protect and enhance Auckland's natural spaces.
- Manage Auckland Transport: Demanding accountability and better performance from Auckland Transport to improve the daily commute for residents.
"I am honoured to receive the support of Mayor Brown and to stand as a 'Fix Auckland' candidate," said Danielle Grant.
"My priority is to deliver better outcomes for the North Shore. I will work collaboratively with the Mayor and my fellow Councillors to fix our infrastructure, keep a firm grip on rates, and ensure we're making decisions that truly benefit our community."
"Danielle isn’t just about talk; she’s about results," said Mayor Brown. "I am confident that if elected, she will be a powerful voice for the North Shore and a valuable asset to the Council."
