New President for HANZ Wellington Branch
Adam Cunningham took over the role of the Hospitality Association of New Zealand Wellington Branch President at the recent Branch Annual General Meeting.
He plans to carry on the strong advocacy work for local members and support of the vibrant Wellington hospitality scene. Continued work with the City Councils to improve city safety, tourism and growth across the wider Wellington region, will be high priorities for the branch in the coming year. Adam Cunningham says he is looking forward to building on the solid foundations of the branch, “great things have come from the Wellington Branch, under the passionate leadership of past presidents like Bill Brien and Peter Norrie and I look forward to this new executive furthering those achievements and supporting the ongoing initiatives managed by the HANZ National team for our local members”.
“This year’s elected committee
sees a further introduction of members from all walks of the
hospitality industry and we believe there are some exciting
opportunities and challenges in the coming year for this new
team” says Adam Cunningham.
