Local Firm Tops Crm Software Sales In Asia/Pacific

New Zealand based company, The Integrators, was today confirmed as the top-selling SalesLogix Business Partner in the entire Asia Pacific region for their financial year ending 30 September 2003. The announcement was made by Craig Young, Managing Director of Interact Commerce Corporation, the Australian-based subsidiary of The Sage Group plc, owners of the SalesLogix product.

SalesLogix is the industry-leading mid-market Customer Relationship Management (CRM) software package, and is targeted at organisations with between 5 and 1000 users. It has out-sold any other mid-market product world-wide. SalesLogix is ranked in industry analyst Gartner Group’s “Magic Quadrant”, based on leadership in both Vision (where it’s heading in the future) and Ability to Execute (what it can do now). It is sold through a world-wide network of value-added resellers, known as Business Partners. These partners provide a range of services, from pre-sales consulting, through to installation, training, and after-sales support. There are around 600 partners world wide, of which about 30 are in the Asia Pacific region.

The Integrators has now achieved the top sales results in Asia Pacific four times in its six year history. It has also achieved the coveted “Presidents Club” (the 15 top-selling Business Partners world-wide) three times. The company’s founding Director and CEO, Paul Roussell, was selected as one of 12 people world wide to be a founding member of the prestigious Business Partner Advisory Council (BPAC). SalesLogix’ BPAC members guide the company in future product direction, marketing, and other aspects of ensuring SalesLogix remains the industry leader.

“It’s gratifying to know that our success came from both new and existing customers. This means our existing customers are happy with their previous decision to buy SalesLogix and are extending its use within their organisations”, said Paul Roussell. “One of the secrets of this is that SalesLogix is far more than a CRM system. It is a rapid application development environment built inside a CRM system (or vice versa).

“What this means to our customers is that most of their business processes can be built right inside the CRM system, rather than having to stitch CRM onto the outside of other systems. Any time they discover the need for new systems to cope with their evolving business needs, they ask themselves whether those needs can be built into SalesLogix. The answer is usually ‘Yes’, meaning they can extract yet more value out of their original investment in SalesLogix.”

“The Integrators would like to thank its customers throughout Asia Pacific and around the world for their confidence in both our company and the SalesLogix product. We look to working with them in the coming years, and to continued success with the SalesLogix product.”

About The Integrators

The Integrators Ltd became the first non-USA SalesLogix Business Partner in July 1997, just four months after the product was released. Starting out as a three person company working from a home office, the company has now grown to have staff in Wellington, Auckland, Brisbane, and Sydney. Its customers are spread throughout Asia/Pacific and beyond. Significantly, it has customers in a huge range of industries, as well as in the Education and Government sectors.

As well as being the leading SalesLogix Business Partner, The Integrators is also Asia/Pacific distributor for the leading Business Activity Management (BAM) product called KnowledgeSync. KnowledgeSync enables businesses to proactively monitor their data, looking for important situations and alerting the appropriate people by e-mail, fax, pager, and SMS.
