The Only Televised Economic Debate - Live On Sky Television
SKY Television will screen Programme Four of its four part one-hour series, “The Election Debates” on Tuesday, July 23 at 8.30pm live on SKY News Australia hosted by Bill Ralston.
Tune in to Digital Channel 54 to witness the only Economic Debate of the 2002 Election Campaign. Labour’s Michael Cullen, National’s David Carter, Act’s Rodney Hide, NZ First Leader Winston Peters, and Roland Sapsford of the Greens will answer questions from sector groups, viewers phone calls and a panel of leading financial journalists.
In this programme Bill Ralston is joined by James Weir of the Dominion Post, Rod Oram of The Sunday Star-Times and Neill Birss, Business Editor of the Christchurch Press.
SKY’s Election Debates are being produced by one of New Zealand’s most experienced political reporters, Richard Harman and his production company Front Page Ltd.
“This debate will focus solely on the economic policies of the major parties, and how these politicians plan to grow the country’s economy”, said Richard Harman.
