Aceh public meetings: Billy Nessen speaks
National speaking tour by journalist William Nessen - starting today through to Tuesday, 2 December.
Billy was an eye-witness to the biggest ever Indonesian armed forces offensive in Aceh earlier this year. He was detained by Indonesian authorities after they had repeatedly told him to stop travelling with members of the separatist Free Aceh Movement (GAM) during the offensive. He will be speaking and presenting a data show of photos in Auckland, Wellington, Christchurch and Whangarei - see details below.
If you can't get to one of the meetings, there is more information about Billy, and links to information about Aceh, at http://www.converge.org.nz/pma/billyn.htm
