CIA Actively Assisted Suharto's Genocide

Mainstream media coverage of the unlamented Suharto, mass murderer and kleptocrat par excellence, has conceded that the West turned a blind eye to his murderous excesses, which killed well over a million people during his 30+ year reign of terror.

That is a willful distortion of the facts. The West, in the shape of the US Central Intelligence Agency, actively aided and abetted Suharto’s “anti-Communist” genocide by which he came to power and consolidated his rule in the 1960s.
